Robin Meyer has over 30 years of experience in accounting and finance, including leadership roles at large, multinational corporations. Most recently, she served as a consultant and fractional CFO to emerging and start-up companies across industries including SaaS, semiconductor design, medical devices, biotechnology, retail, electronic gaming, and other manufacturing sectors. In these roles, she provides strategic financial leadership, oversees budgeting and forecasting, optimizes cash flow, supports fundraising and investor relations, manages financial risk, and advises on operational and strategic business decisions.

Ms. Meyer began her career with KPMG, providing audit services to clients in real estate, banking, and hospitality. From 1999 to 2006, she served as Vice President and Corporate Controller at Epicor Software, a publicly traded (NASDAQ) enterprise software company with global operations, where she was responsible for accounting and financial reporting, regulatory compliance, FP&A, mergers and acquisitions, payroll, stock administration, and corporate tax. She has also held financial management, Corporate Controller and Assistant Controller positions at other publicly traded companies, gaining extensive experience in SEC reporting, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, GAAP, tax, and ERP implementations and integrations across a variety of platforms.

Ms. Meyer obtained CPA licensure in Georgia and Pennsylvania (now inactive). She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Emory University and a Master of Business Administration from Villanova University.
