Matthew Ho

Board Member

Matthew Ho is the Founding Partner. He was formerly the Head of Structured Finance Origination and Distribution for North Asia at Deutsche Bank and previously served as Head of Fixed Income, Currency & Rates Sales for Deutsche Bank Hong Kong. With an extensive 20-year career in Global Markets, he has been involved in over US$20 billion worth of transactions across Asia and Europe, covering a range of credit and equity-linked products and derivatives.

During his tenure in Structured Finance, Matthew originated transactions for Deutsche Bank’s balance sheet, financing various types of capital structures, including senior, mezzanine, preferred convertible, loan + warrant, and equity-backed deals with corporates and financial sponsors. He also syndicated the residual risks to financial institutions and family offices.

Prior to his role at Deutsche Bank, Matthew worked at Fortis Bank Hong Kong as Head of Sales for Fixed Income, Currency, Rates, and Equity Derivatives for Asia Pacific. Currently, he is a General Partner at Princeville Global, a growth-stage venture capital fund with a presence in Hong Kong and San Francisco.

In addition, Matthew is the Founder and a Board Director of the Hong Kong Children in Need Foundation, which is dedicated to delivering high-quality STEM education and experiences for children in Hong Kong. The foundation has successfully secured donations from organizations such as AIA, Morgan Stanley, and Oriental Watch Company.

Matthew holds a Bachelor of Administrative and Commercial Studies from The University of Western Ontario, Canada.
