Elie Ayache is a seasoned veteran and strategic leader with a 30-year track record of driving innovation and business growth. A recognized pioneer with three decades of expertise in Silicon Timing, Elie was a major contributor to the industry’s evolution. He began his career in Integrated Circuit design, delivering first-in-industry products, including the first family of spread spectrum integrated clock generators and innovative frequency synthesizers. His engineering impact extends to multiple key patents, including one of the earliest “green PC” patents related to Timing and a recent patent in wireless clocking.

Transitioning into business management, Elie leveraged his technical expertise to successfully grow businesses in Timing, Power, RF and Optical Drivers. He held senior management and executive positions at Infineon/Cypress, Renesas/IDT, Microchip/Micrel, Silicon Labs/SpectraLinear, and Aurasemi.

Elie joined Mixed-Signal Devices in October 2025 as the Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing, based in Silicon Valley, California. Elie is multilingual with broad business experience and substantial exposure to worldwide business cultures. He is a graduate of the Santa Clara University School of Electrical Engineering.
