Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the chip design team to design, test, and evaluate Mixed-Signal products and prototypes.
- Document, analyze, and report test data from characterization experiments.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, manage, and prioritize all activities necessary to support a product through the New Product Introduction (NPI) flow in collaboration with core team members.
- Oversee the transition of a product from development to the production phase.
- Participate in the Testability Review process and ensure that production test coverage aligns with the documented Test Plan, maintaining correlation between Automated Test Equipment (ATE) test results and Design Bench Verification results.
- Collaborate closely on the ATE development programs required for product qualification, characterization, and production.
- Develop and coordinate the implementation of the product Characterization Plan, including the testing and analysis of Characterization Test results.
- Establish and manage product Qualification Requirements, encompassing Package Qualification, Burn-in, Electrostatic Discharge (ESD), and Latch-up testing.
- Drive ongoing efforts for product cost reduction and quality improvements, including test time optimization, alternate source qualifications, yield improvement, and Defective Parts Per Million (DPPM) reduction.
- Support customer returns by coordinating with core team members to resolve issues through Failure Analysis, test improvements, and other corrective actions.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) with at least 5 years of relevant experience as a Product Engineer.
- Extensive experience in data analysis, electronics manufacturing, and the ability to debug production and development issues, particularly on Automated Test Equipment (ATE) or through bench characterization.
- Preferred proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proficient in data analysis software, such as JMP.
- Experience with technical and detailed documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain QMS documentation, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015.
- Manage customer-specific quality requirements, ensuring all products meet stringent quality standards. Support internal/external audits.
- Address customer complaints (IQA failures, field returns, RMA request, FA request, etc.) and quality data to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Apply methods such as 8D, FMEA, Fishbone analysis, and Poka-Yoke to address and solve quality-related problems.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related degree with Masters preferred.
- 10+ years’ experience in Semiconductor IC Engineering and Quality functions, with customer engagement and support.
- Experience in ISO9001 quality standard, Customer Quality Engineering, Quality Management Systems, PCN Administration, Reliability Engineering, Failure Analysis.
- Good knowledge of IC silicon/package fail mechanisms/symptoms, Reliability and FA process.
- Hands on skills in Quality tools and methodologies, statistics and structured problem solving techniques.
- Must be capable of effectively interfacing at all levels of the organization including executive level both internally and with the customers.
